SAR to the top of the list!
I have long been a fan of SAR Inspections and have every confidence in Mike Batten and his team of professionals. In recent SAR home inspections, I have been working with Marc Montano whose attention to detail and straightforward approach has taken the stress out of the home inspection process. Marc is prompt to inspections and thorough in his findings and reports. Buyers and Seller’s find Marc to be professional and friendly. Marc offers helpful information and explanations that are clear and concise.
At SAR, reports are comprehensive and easy to understand. Reports are returned in a timely manner and calls are always returned quickly. The SAR website offers some of the best information on inspection options and pricing along with easy online appointment scheduling.
We have a lot of inspectors to choose from but more often than not, SAR is my first recommendation.

[themify_quote]One thing I learned early in my real estate career: you are only as good as your affiliates are…I am never worried when I recommend Mike to be my client’s home inspector.[/themify_quote]-Carmen Badan
